Kingsbridge Private Hospital is currently seeking to recruit an additional Facilities Administrator  within the Facilities department. The successful candidate will be based at Falcon Way, Belfast but may be required to travel to other Company locations as and when required.

Job Summary

As a Facilities Administrator, the post holder will join a highly dynamic team responsible for the administration across a variety of services. The main role will include uploading documents/files, generating reports and following up and updating software platform, as well as various admin jobs as per the department’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and file equipment & plant service records, highlighting remedial action. 
  • Monitor and update Happy fox facilities work tickets
  • Monitor contracts database and request PM contract renewals when required 
  • Collecting KPI’s

 

The above list is not exhaustive and additional / alternative tasks may be required from time to time as directed.

Person Specification:

Qualifications

Essential

  • 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English or equivalent
  • Or equivalent work experience

 

Experience

Essential

  • At least 1 years’ experience in an administrative environment

Desirable

  • Previous experience of working in the healthcare sector or construction sector

 

Special Knowledge and Skills

Essential

  • IT literate and proficient in the use of MS office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
